Unhappy NPC Server and client flags
I need help, I'm stumped.

I want to know how to add client.playerjp through an npc running
off the NPC server.

I have a Bandit on Providence, he runs totally off the NPC server
but he won't give anymore Job Points (client.playerjp), how do I
fix this?
