A Player World Inspector is a different job from a Player World Tester. A PW inspector look's at the current Player World that are already on the list, making sure there still in production (Not just standing around) and looking for illegal npc,s and stuff.
A PW tester looks at Player Worlds submitted to him or her in hope that it gets put up on the server list. Anyways, Gemno's job is lower ranked then TrueHeaT's job so why would he move down? |
