Sorry, you are wrong. There does not have to be a gigantic Role Playing event for something to be considered RPing. For example, if Dustari members do not have their [OOC] tag on, we are ALWAYS RPing. If someone is not RPing and does not have an [OOC] tag on, they are told to put it on. We always RP, and I know that other Kingdoms do as well, and quite often. Please research your facts before you yell things to the world.
