Paladin leads Infantry, Master Archer leads the Bowmen, the Horselord leads the Cavalry, the Archmage leads the Magi, the Township Council leads the Peasants, and the Royal Bards lead the Minstrels. And of course the King leads the Royalty and all the rest.
