There are now items that can drop with "Prefix" and an "Affix" if you are lucky.
Example:
The item "boots" can drop normaly without any bonus.
If you are lucky you can get "Holy boots of Speed".
Holy prefix would add Dex+1 Wis+1 and HP (1-30)
of Speed would add +1 Dex,
You end up with boots that have Dex+2, Wis+1, Hp (1-30)
you can also say
:advitems to get more details about which monster is dropping these adv items and also all current Prefix/Affix stats.
