Looks better than the old one.
Nobody uses this level though, I doubt any attention to detail would be given unlike a gang base or holiday level.

There was dozens of 'insides with outside walls' and fully gs1 levels (such as the sign shop, which was technically era_bakery.nw) that sat looking like **** for a decade cause nobody used them.
Skate shop, theater, electronics shop, etc.

Now that you brought it to attention I'm sure it'll be fixed, but other than that... nobody cared about it, so the points you brought up are nonsensical.
