define help desk, did you mean "talk to a wall" or "talk to the hand?"
because i might as well just stare at my desk and talk to that instead of the help desk.. or are you saying toonslab actually solves anything?
i have yet to hear from anyone that had their problems addresed from toonslab and im starting to think they made that support site to not support anyone no offense.
