Right now half the positions are just being filled because of the sake of it. The people within the positions aren't doing anything and it just reminds me of a totally different management that fell down the drain very quickly.

Jump down throats, sort people out. If you've tricked yourself into thinking that there isn't any competent players that can easily replace 90% of the members you have now, you're mistaken.

I think Ultimose is still going through a learning curve though, being PRA isn't easy and finding reliable PRs isn't either. Ishmael is probably the best choice we have for GA right now.

Other than that, I suggest sorting people out or booting em out. We need things to happen and we need them to happen fast, especially with the current state of Graal.
