And if it takes to long to make it then the disease kills you. Like there is a little bar that appears and slowly it decreases and your vision gets dimmer and dimmer till your dead.
Then maybe you cannot live again till someone makes the medicine for you.
I can see it now, a server with 500 noobs laying dead throughout the server PMing eachother to see if the other one is alive to come help
