In the past we had a list of rules. We no longer follow that list. The rules were put there to protect, but they caused more problems than they solved.

We have but ONE simple rule at #graal. THE GOLDEN RULE, a rule present throughout history thought to be the most concise and general principle of ethics. Here are some examples of the rule:

An it harm none, do what thou wilt. -Wiccan Rede

Do not do unto others what angers you if done to you by others. -Isocrates

Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. -Christianity

You get the idea. Now, those are #graal's rules but alphanine networks (where #graal is hosted) has it's own set everyone must follow. They are as follows:[list=1][*]Logging on five (5) or more clients from the same host.[*]Sub7 Nets[*]Any type of Floodnet and/or program that disconnects or attacks users.[*]SPAM[*]Ban Evasion of any kind.[*]Abuse expressed to any user on AlphaNine Networks.[/list=1]

Also, now that SSmutz has left Graal, we need a new channel operator to fill the void he left ^_^

Now, if you are banned from #graal and did NOT break one of the above rules let me know. I want #graal to be a fun place for people to come and chat about graal and related subjects WITHOUT worrying about being harassed, made fun of or otherwise discriminated against.

We get our share of troublemakers coming into the chat and I get tired of seeing that bull all the time. I want to attract some nice regulars.
