[Dinji_Jinto]

This happened to me yesterday. I screenshotted it, but I guess I didn't save it. I've never had the crack appear in the wall before, but plenty of times, monsters appear in the wall. A lot of times, I can't see them to kill them. The times I do see them, it'll be an Ice Fiend or something where I can really only kill them with an elemental or avatar.

I also noticed that this happens way more often in the easy dungeon. Usually within a few floors of skin collecting, I can't keep going because the cracks never appear from unseeable monsters. Maybe my resolution isn't high enough to see them, but they kinda need to not be in the walls anyway.
