This wasn't doing this in another weapon for some reason, but in another it wont stop. Every time I hover over Skill_Window_Scroll it acts as if I'm hovering over the image, even though I'm not. It's supposed to just send it off only if it's over the image ctrl. Any ideas? I'm stumped...

I have no idea why it's doing this, because again, it was fine in another script... this is for lets say items, and the other window was for weapons. Weapons works fine (it's not exactly the same, but it's called in this same manner and very, very similar).
