All i ever see is people whining about gang issues yet they do not participate in gang raids. Then they respond by saying there is no raids.
So why focus on fixing the issues if people do not raid anyway? Let's not respond by saying, if there was no issues there would be raids. Let's face it, this is era, people will always find something to complain about.
I don't think the issue lies with the healing, you just need to motivate your players to get involved in gang activity. Then worry about tweaking things.
The reason i do not play this game anymore is down to gang activity. I only come on to participate in anything gang related. All i ever see is staff coming on the forums and talking about things. If you worked as much as you talked, era might not be to bad after all. I'm not firing digs or looking for any enemies here, but it's not that complicated. You guys sit there and scratch your heads all day thinking what could we possibly do to fix this mess? Guys, it's not a mess at all. People aren't expecting miracles from you, people just want a little fun, that's why they play games. Just motivate them to take part in gang activity, they just want a little fun. Keep them happy, even if it means changing something you don't want to change, give the players want they want along as it does not hurt the server. A happy server is a good server.
