If you reset a player, you should be able to fix it.
As for what causes it, usually it's a change in the player's z-height somewhere that probably wasn't changed back afterwards, leaving you kind of stuck that way. I have experienced something similar, but it's a result of using things like jumping and flying on terrain maps. |
