I've put up a preview of the character builder
here (its flash, don't be scared). I am hoping this demonstrates more clearly why I am asking for this information, and encourages some of those players who might have the information im looking for to help out. The page also lists some other informational grey areas that need to be addressed in order to maximize the functional breadth of the app.
It only takes a couple minutes to log-on and check your /skills. Just paste the results in a pm to me if you are feeling too lazy to go through the list in the first post.
