I don't feel she needs to be punished for anything seriously. You two can't get along, even though you seem to make up once in a while, it always turns around and you start fighing again
Do you ever get tired of that? She is not such a horrible person. You can rise above that though, ya know. You can say "Well we have our differences, we don't get along, but at the very least I can act decent and not insult her"
Until you can do that you are no better.
