In all honesty, I didn't realise there was such a problem brewing. Everyone I have talked to have been pretty good with their inputs and mixed opinions. I like to think I take it all aboard and make the right choice for everyone.. I can most certainly tell you that it's not everything my way.. I would of done a few things differently.. but I listen to my team, and I am happy to go along with the majority.
