Also, "new posts" sometimes is cached or something—occasionally you can click it several times in a row and it still works. It's odd.

I suspected this before I posted, but dismissed it because I remember having the same restrictions (when it was 30 seconds) regardless of my moderator status. I've lost track of what changes around here, to be honest. Any changes are rarely announced
