I think that all animations of spells (for the most part, not earth to dust or some specific spells like Holy Word) should be removed.

When I imagined casting time I would have liked to have seen Holy Word's animation lasting 1.7 seconds had I been wearing a Wand of Sorcery or a sped up animation that lasts .5 seconds had I been wearing Wand of Agility, not 1.7 seconds then 2 seconds for the animation.
