An account with the name you typed in does not exist

It's giving me this error on my iPhone on Classic iPhone.
I set up my vip with yhe same email I use for my PC account.
When ever I try to log into both accounts at the same time it skrews up my iPhone account and I am unable to login for up to five minutes. |
