Fix GraalEditor

There's only one thing that needs to be fixed, and that's the fact that it gets rid of all layer data when you save. I don't care if it can't render layers, could it at least NOT DELETE THEM? Even if we work hard and provide alternative and up-to-date level editors it seems like a waste when someone could accidentally open a level in the GraalEditor and lose all the layer data. I'd feel more content using things like layers when I wouldn't have to worry about being able to so easily lose such important data.
