Gani LockZ

When opening gani's as a text file, we can use such options as COLOREFFECT, ZOOMEFFECT, ATTACHSPRITE etc in order to manipulate specific sprite indexes.

I would like to see the equivalent of "LOCKZ index#" implemented as a means to prevent specific sprites from raising after an increase of player.z, similarly to how sprite index 0 (shadow) is automatically locked to the base of the player.
