Yeah honestly I wouldn't pay more than 200k for a house regardless of the size. Because no matter how big it is, it still serves the exact same purpose.
I'm surprised you paid that much for it @scoper.. since it pretty much got passed down for free after Sales bought it in a auction for '2 room edittable home' I believe it was. |
