I take it you're talking about

You can probably get away with 100 in there and have no problem, the only issue is that when someone goes to check their profile it has to download all that information which could be the difference between a minor and a large loading delay depending on how many and size of the variables you have listed.

I wouldn't worry about it though, put as many as you like.
