He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't enforce a bet (Despite having an active PR witness) because the PR wasn't ASKED to watch the bet.
While at the same time, he said (And I Quote) "PR's won't watch the bets because this betting is silly and doesn't involve skill like Bet Sparring."
This leaves me in a conundrum.
