I'm not really much to scrunch my eyes just to view the mechanics; they're irrelevant. Results are whats relevant and in his case, there were none.

Whether or not he had a temper, he failed.
Whether or not he was goal-oriented, no goals were reached, he failed.

In short, Alec Sheridan was a failure as management. The end.
