I wouldn't call it a "temper" problem. He was clearly frustrated with the fact that the
entire staff team was being difficult throughout his entire reign as manager. I would argue that he was goal-oriented and wouldn't get off course. I guess you can call that shortsightedness because he was focused on one idea at a time, but I prefer to call it dedication to his image of Era.
