If we had stuff like that that was like (Hellfire, level 50 magic) it'd give a huge reason to even get to such a high level magic, since it's certainly doesn't increase damage. Then theres the chances of FAILING it, so that makes these spells even more prestige.
Give them RoS style spawn-rates and put them in stores, even.

Sure make em a rare spawn in shops and i'd be for em. Give everyone an equal chance to acquire em + make a high level req to use em.
