Not to sound like an *******, but things like these aren't good. Limiting the amount of scrolls someone can buy? Account locking items that are EAd by that player? No thanks

I did not mean limit how many skill scrolls a person could buy, just limit the scrolls to the account that is buying them so someone can't just buy the scrolls for other players or buy many copies of the same scrolls to overcharge as a get rich quick method selling to other players. I felt that making the skill scrolls that allow a warrior or barbarian learn praying and how to use magic a cash item there would be one good benefit for the paying customer, while those that do not chose to pay are limited to using only the skill of the class they choose.
The EAs? Just hoping to put a new look onto the old system of find EA's, get high level buddy to make you perfect armor and be on your way, it may be nice to have more +12 items in the game sure, but that would shorten how much someone is playing since they can get many +12 items quickly and may get very sick of only grinding for their level.
