We do have a FAQ center in place (F11 > Frequently Asked Questions) but we are also working on a tutorial to help players with problems such as the ones your friend was having. The FAQ center should have the basics to get him started off, if he needs any additional help he can always say 'showadmins' and PM a staff member, they'll be more than happy to help. |
