I remember seeing Angel on Era and I'd often check her /playerinfo which would return her idle minutes as anywhere in excess of 5000 before anyone did anything about it, if at all. 5000 minutes... that's DAYs at a time. UN is a magnet, though, for way worse. At that point, it's obvious management doesn't intend on doing anything about it, or even keep on top of it considering half the people I consulted when I was a global didn't even know about the /playerinfo command.
