You fail to see that playerworld staff are more important to Graal than you are. When a newbie comes onto a server, it's not you that shows him around spending hours doing so. It's not you dealing with the complainers. And it's certainly not you creating the servers. Your failure to see playerworld staff as employees will unfortunately, hurt you.
