We all thought the answer to that question was Tig; but if you're saying that he's too busy at the moment-- then no one is currently "in charge" of Graal Kingdoms.
I personally recommend Chris Vimes as a candidate to be given some sort of manager-like authority. Even if only temporarily. Easter's right around the corner, and is usually the "peak" moment for Graal Kingdoms in terms of player count. It'd be nice to have something happen for easter, as Christmas was sort of a big disappointment for most. The GK community deserves it.
