And then after you get cut on the SS Anne, lose a battle before leaving. Then you can come back at any time, and if you come back with surf and try to surf to the right as soon as you get on the dock leading to the ship, there's a truck.
If you have a pokemon with strength, you can push it away, and if you beat the Elite Four 100 times with a team of Caterpies, there's a Mew under it! |
