The way the point system is right now is good in my personal opinion, I see less running from people now where they aren't forced to run because their leader will get angry at them for having a lot of negative points.
The MVP points however is both good AND bad, where it causes people to come up with a system with their friends to abuse this MVP system. But it does make people raid more, even though the people that start to raid aren't probably going to get any MVP points since others abuse the system.
