Fixed now though, or should be. I changed your ip to the one you had last time you were online. You also have a PCID connected to your RC, if you have reinstalled your OS or got a new computer that may also be a reason why you can't logon.
Send me a forum PM if you need me to change IP/PICID to something else or anything really!
