Its not like corruption doesn't reach the high global staff, but a 3 year ban should suffice.
Whether they come back more bitter or not really doesn't matter, since they shouldn't be allowed their rights so easily. However, when we replace corrupt staff with corrupt staff, they simply rehire the past problem and we dive right back in the same cycle. |
