Hey Stefan, I was on
www.planetsourcecode.com and they have lots of contest and stuff for people who program in Delphi. I do not know what your schedule is like but you could probably easily win one and get prizes. You can also signup as a coder and people hire you and you make projects for them and you get paid. Some coders are on there making 600 - 1200 a project.
Just thought u might like to know.
