That is Downsider's work. It's written in GS1 and I don't think he's interested enough right now to port it to GS2. It is only simple raycasting and trying to do anything besides walls in 3D with it would get difficult fast (and it would run pretty slow).
Either way, Graal has already tried 3D once and failed. I think we should stick with our 2D forte.
