delete the current gangs forever. Seriously, why are they still around? They haven't been good for two years, people are just too scared to get rid of them, which makes about as much sense as not wanting to flush the toilet after a poo because you really enjoyed your lunch two days ago.

Parties could easily be expanded to make a better system than the current gang system.
