You can use a forum PM for support on the forums. That is why the global staff contacts are listed is so it makes it easier to contact them. If you don't think that is working, you can always use the
[email protected] e-mail and the
[email protected] e-mail as well.
We prefer to keep the public discussions of bans off the forums. There is no reason to have an open discussion about most, if not all, bans.
