Hmm... people complained about the BAES because it was new... and now that I changed it a bit (No one's seen the final version yet so...) people are a bit happy... And prolly the only way people are going to get the HUD scanner thing (No riot... only for police) would be if they go through the Zal quest since it makes the most sense to find it there
