@Kia: The dude who was complaining about Jupiter for jailing him for making a party with the N word and then making a party with swear words in it is completely justified in wanting him fired for that. You are right, we work for the players. But we work towards a better Era for the players. The individuals who disagree with our behavior are often the loudest, though they do not have majority's opinion in most cases.

What exactly do PRs do? The new item lending system basically replaced PRs.
Era is not a hard server to join by any means if the new players would take the time to read the various guides, information, etc. Especially in current Era when just about anyone can buy a Mp5 for the price of a happy meal.
The 'N word' is only bad if used in negative context. They could be addressing history, the color, the country, their friend, a song, or even themselves if they choose to be in that sect. If it was used wrongly then he has a de-nick tool and the ability to warp to them and tell them, jailing should be a last resort if they are uncooperative.
And the majority's opinion isn't always the correct one. Example: Obama
