They don't need a justified reason. PR staff are just that, player-relations. Not every player is going to be mature and rational, and it is your job to bend over backwards to meet their demands, not the other way around. You work for them, they, the players, are your superiors. If they have a problem with you, even if it is immature and sophomoric, it is completely justified and you are the 100% cause of the problem. That is the oath you take by being a PR.
