I agree with the Zodiac part and a bit with the GK part.
Because in GK you need to be a high lvl with decent equips (decent equips, so not the uber leet equips) to kill someone else in the gmap.
But a noob in GK is pretty capable of defeating a "oldbie", depending on the noobs skill, in a arena or spar event.
