I'm also having the same issue. However, my router wasn't struck by lightning and replaced - the only thing that's changed is a new OS (Ubuntu).
EDIT: After the "Could not connect" error message appeared, I pressed F8 and everything seemed to be working as opposed to constantly restarting Graal, which never worked. |
