Being a superpower has NOTHING to do with intelligence in the govm't.

Military Power is only a small part of being a SuperPower, Not only are we a Military Superpower, We are the only Economic Superpower and the Only Industrial Superpower. This has lots to do with Intelligence. You can't be an Economic superpower if you can't do math?
