2. THE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE SAY "LET'S MAKE A BOMB!"
3. THEY DO THAT.
4. THEY MAKE MANY BOMBS AND OTHER WEAPONS.
5. THEY USE THESE WEAPONS DURING WAR.
6. THEY KEEP MAKING WEAPONS.
Being a superpower has NOTHING to do with intelligence in the govm't.
