Don't ask the police for a job, That will get you in their bad books. Let the police come to you. Someone could check out some account, peoples histories and then one day ask "Hey, I noticed your a good Graalian with a clean record, I'm offering you a job on the police force". THat sounds MUCH MUCH more civilized than people with names like
!SUPPORT MEEEH FOR POLIZE
or
!!!!I WANT TEH POLICIER JOB, I AM KOOL GUY
and even
!!!I WILL GIVE TEH PEOPEL TAT SUPPORT MEH FOR POLIZE GRALATZ

THat shows pure corruption, pure evil and I sure as hell don't want that person upholding the law and determining who is right and wrong
