Era and Era Dev. It might be you're running an old version of the gserver/npcserver on whatever server you aren't having problems on. We don't have any scripts in common between Era and Era Dev that could cause this so I assume it's not a server-specific problem. I'll try it out on Testbed as well (EDIT: nevermind, IP is wrong).
